Organizational Constellation Work:
In systemic organizational
constellations according to SySt.®, a feeling-based understanding of the underlying dynamics and relationships
within the organization is applied. The method is based on positioning participants or representatives for
various elements of the system (e.g., departments, processes, or goals). These "representatives" usually react
intuitively to the positions and relationships between them, which is often described as a feeling-based
experience.
The goal is to uncover unconscious patterns, tensions, or blockages within the organization that influence employee behavior and interactions.
Constellation work allows for addressing what cannot be described or expressed through verbal communication.
Positions are taken, felt, observed, adjusted, and felt again—always with the goal of opening up new possibilities, perspectives, and solutions for your specific issue. Change becomes tangible, and potential solutions are made experienceable.
The focus of my work lies within the context of organizations, projects, and processes. As a facilitator, I look forward to opening this experiential space with you.
