Coaching in Motion:
Coaching-in-Motion integrates proven coaching
methods with physical activity, utilizing the natural surroundings. I invite you to address your concerns with
me while walking, jogging, or during a shared bike ride. We will stay within a regenerative level of physical
exertion, ensuring the brain is supplied with twice as much oxygen, while both hemispheres are stimulated. This
leads to deeper, more complete breathing and a slightly heightened state of awareness. This is where the
coaching process begins. All you need to bring is a joy for movement.
